Manufacturing the Port Clinton Lighthouse Fresnel Lens

The original Fresnel lens from the Port Clinton Lighthouse was removed by the U.S. Coastguard when the lighthouse was replaced by the automated channel maker light. The Lighthouse Conservancy was never able to locate the original Fresnel lens so an exact replica was commissioned.  This video explains how this exact replica was designed and constructed.
